Sadie was sort of a jack of all trades during the day. She showed that she was capable of doing a little bit of everything. She brought good size to the court and coupled that with an impressive footspeed, she was one of the best help side defenders of the entire day. She showed she could close down the gap quickly and force opposing shooters into touch, contested shots and that was when she didn’t send the attempt packing into the metaphorical fifth row. She was notably vocal on the court and someone who kept the positivity up for teammates and let her teammates know when screens were coming or where she was in help side help. When she looked to score the ball, she displayed a nice high release on her shot and didn’t release the ball till she was at the apex of her jump making it difficult to contest effectively. Her area of opportunity would be continuing to work on absorbing and finishing through contact. At times, she appeared to rush shots to avoid contact or when defenders got physical, it knocked her off her stride. Once she can absorb that and power through it, it will make her that much harder to stop from scoring.
