MN AAU State 2023 

Emma showed off her impressive physicality from the guard position during the weekend. Off the bounce, she was able to body through contact and overpower defenders for strong finishes off the bounce. Then, her length also came into play when it came to rebounding as she could secure boards outside her area by chasing them down or pulling them in over smaller players. Her area of opportunity would be to work on shorting her passing attempts. You could see she would do a good job of scanning the floor looking for a teammate but a few times she would attempt crosscourt passes and they would get picked off due to telegraphing where they were going. Just working on driving and kicking or doing the swing pass will help her cut down on turnovers.
