2029 Only Showcase MN 

Tate was as consistent and effective as they come. She never was rushed into a poor pass or a bad shot. She had great patience and took the shots she wanted to take and knew when she had the space to pull the trigger from midrange or extended out. On defense, she made quick moves into passing lanes and multiple times came up with steals and instantly started marching up the court on the fast break. Her area of opportunity would be to work on using the glass with her quick short-range shots. A couple of times her shots were shot or hit hard off the back of the rim and laying it softly off the glass would have likely helped it go through the hoop more consistently. 

Fall Exclusive 2023 

Tate was a long and active player. On defense she showed that she had the footspeed to keep up with any player she was matched up with and did a great job not swinging down and staying straight up to make the shooter try and score over her. She also showed she has a strong ability to finish around the basket and showed she can finish with both her left and right hand equally as well. Her crafty ability to create space and finish with impressive body control and focus on the rim was on display all event long. Her area of opportunity would be continuing to work on and get comfortable with jump shots. At times she appeared to pass up chances to shoot and she could have made the defender pay for leaving her open and also giving her more open lanes to power through with defenders needing to play her jump-shot honestly.
