The Fall Exclusive (2024) Brielle showed off impressive energy and intensity. She showed elite-level speed and athleticism, allowing her to outrun or leap higher than opponents consistently. She was a strong rebounding guard who was able to make multiple efforts at jumping for the ball and keeping after it until she secured the ball. When she was headed towards the basket, it was extremely difficult to slow her down as she powered past and through defenders with ease and finished with regularity or pulled out a smooth midrange jumper. Her area of opportunity would be to continue to incorporate the 3-point shot more into her game. While she has the shooting ability, she doesn’t seem to seek out attacking from beyond the perimeter as much, and it could help open the lane for her. 2023 Holiday SZN Showcase Gray showed that she was a physical guard who could score in a multitude of different ways. She was able to take advantage anytime she realized she had the advantage over her defender. With her combination of strength and speed, she was able to score both inside or outside with equal effectiveness. She also showed that her post-up game and counter moves would have defenders spinning and allowing her to get open looks around the basket. On the defensive side of the ball, she came up with her fair share of emphatic blocks using her athleticism to rise up and get the ball as the shooter was just releasing it. Her area of opportunity would be to continue to work on her hesitation dribble when she is attacking off the bounce. At times she forced tough shots when adding a slow down to force them to expect a jumper or pass and then allowing her to use her elite-level speed to power right around them for an open layup. MN LVL Up Combine 2023 Brielle is bursting with athleticism and was one of the most natural athletes seen the entire event. She has smooth ball handling skills that make it seem like she has the ball on a string. She also has a smooth shooting stroke and combining that with her handles helped her create space to get off her shot with ease all event long. She also had no hesitation to attack off the bounce and get two feet inside the paint. Her area of opportunity would be to continue to work on finishing through contact. At times she appeared to be disrupted if defenders bodied her up on her shot or around the rim. She has all the physical abilities to be able to develop into a strong finisher through contact.
