BIO

Bayleigh is a point guard for the AAU West Virginia Thunder 7th grade basketball team.  She likes to move the ball around the perimeter. She creates chaos which creates turnovers that lead to fast breaks. She'll take the jumpers and shoot 3’s when she's open. She loves to attack the basket and find open gaps to get her team involved.  She's not a selfish player by any means. While she may be the shortest on the team, she usually has the most rebounds and steals in games.  
She spends countless hours in the gym.  Various trainers have assisted her in shooting, defense, and ball-handling skills.   She knows there is always room for improvement in her game, so she continues to have a strong work ethic.  She's a strong leader for her AAU and school team. She truly cares about her teammates and does everything to assist them whether it’s on or off the court.  Although she has many accomplishments that she's very proud of, being named the “Team Leader” two years in a row has been a true honor. The game is in her blood.  Her biggest attributes are her ability to focus, her understanding of the game, and her desire to succeed.
