Amelia was the most vocal players seen throughout the event. Her communication was notable calling out screens, switches, and who was to be defending who on that side of the ball. That shows both leadership as well as high basketball IQ knowing where everyone should be on the court. When it came to scoring, she showed her preferred shot would be the 3-point shot. She displayed a consistent and impressive perimeter shot that she went to early and often when she was on the court. Her area of opportunity would be to work on attacking inside the arc more consistently. At times she appeared hesitant to power herself to the basket with the traffic in there. Adding a consistent midrange or close shot skill to her game will make her a complete handful for defenders.
