Featured40 Minnesota - October 2021

Mya showed off her craftiness and versatility at the Featured40. When she is creating off the bounce, she showed both the ability to finish shots at a high rate or that she could pull out some flashy passes. Her ability to make a pass on the move including drop-bounce passes to players cutting backdoor or no-look passes and put them right on the mark was next level throughout the day. As a guard she also showed she could set good, solid screens that helped get her teammates open for either jump shots or quick moves to the basket. Her area of opportunity would be to look to attack or score herself. She showed that she is a capable scorer off the bounce and beyond the arc but with her appearing to be a pass-first guard, she at times seems to pass up opportunities that she should look to take.
