After a great year of Nebraska summer basketball with many teams competing at a high level nationally, we will recap with our final team rankings for each class. The 2020 class is arguably the best class to come out of the state in quite a few years, so we will lead with them.
Team rankings for our 2020 class was fairly clear cut. Nebraska Attack 17U UAA takes the top spot. They finished 5th and Under Armour Nationals, and made an impressive run to the championship of the AAU Summer Jam in June where they knocked off host North Tartan EYBL. They beat our 2nd ranked team (CSS Bison) by double digits. CSS Bison did well at AAU Summer Jam finishing 3rd, and finished 2nd at the Adidas Gauntlet Finale, but were not present for the year end Gauntlet Championships. Team Factory comes in 3rd based on their head to head victory over OSA in late May. The same is true for our last two ranked teams who earned their spots based on head to head. OSA 17U Gauntlet defeated the Attack 11th National team in late May in Omaha. Nebraska Attack comes in at #5 based on their head to head win over the Nebraska Lasers 17U at the same event.

Team rankings for our 2021 class had two teams separate themselves at the top. Nebraska Attack 16U UAA gets the top spot based on their overall body of work. They finished 10th at Under Armour Nationals in Atlanta. They also made the championship of the Girls Midwest Classic in June losing to host All Iowa Attack. Nebraska Lasers 2021 Gold had some success the first half of July, but did so without the shoe circuit programs present. They rolled through the Midwest Basketball Showcase in Omaha in May, but the Attack team was not in the field. Coming in third is the Northeast Neb Bullets based on their semifinal appearance in Omaha. Nebraska Hoops Elite comes in at #4 going losing to the Bullets by 1, and defeated OSA National by 27 in May. Cornhusker Shooting Stars 16U round out the field.

One team stood alone at the top of our 2022 class. Team Factory 15U earns the top spot in this class. They defeated Attack by double digits at the Mill City Invitational in July, finishing second at that event to the host MN Fury. Nebraska Attack 15U UAA lands in the second spot, based on head to head wins over OSA. Attack came in 4th at Mill City in Minneapolis. OSA 15U Gauntlet takes our 3rd spot. They defeated the Lasers in Omaha in May. Nebraska Lasers 15U Gold comes in at #4, based on their head to head win over Next Level in Omaha. Next Level Athletics Navy finishes at #5 based on results over the field.
